We are supporting a well-established organisation in the recruitment of a senior finance leader. This is an exceptional opportunity to take a strategic and highly visible finance role, directly influencing the organisation's long-term financial planning, governance, and operational success.
Reporting to the Director, you will:
- Lead a high-performing finance team, coaching and mentoring staff across finance and management functions.
- Develop and execute multi-year financial strategies aligned with organisational growth and objectives.
- Act as a trusted advisor to the Executive Group and Board-level committees, presenting management accounts, forecasts, and strategic advice.
- Oversee financial control, compliance, and statutory reporting, ensuring transparency and excellence in governance.
The Candidate
We are looking for a strategic, hands-on finance professional with a proactive and influential leadership style. The ideal candidate will:
- Hold a professional accountancy qualification (CA, CIMA, ACCA).
- Have significant experience leading finance teams in complex organisations.
- Be confident operating at Board level, with strong communication and influencing skills.
