WA is delighted to be supporting a high-performing finance function with the appointment of a Finance Analyst.

This role offers an exciting opportunity to play a key part in ensuring accurate and timely calculation of payroll for a dynamic, international team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the delivery of accurate payments.
  • Validate data, apply manual adjustments, and perform scenario testing for new and existing schemes.
  • Collaborate with payroll to ensure timely and accurate processing.
  • Present quarterly results to senior finance and stakeholders.
  • Manage queries regarding scheme design, payments, and processes.
  • Contribute to process improvement initiatives.
  • Work cross-functionally with operations, finance, and systems teams to enhance data flow and reporting.
  • Support governance and compliance by helping monitor internal controls and audit recommendations.
  • Generate regular reporting and insights for regional finance leaders.

About You:

  • Solid Excel skills and confidence working with large data sets.
  • Detail-oriented, analytical, and capable of working to tight deadlines.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain financial information clearly.
  • Comfortable working cross-functionally with finance and non-finance stakeholders.
  • Previous experience working with payroll or accounting is desirable.
