This is an excellent opportunity to join a respected financial services business at the heart of its transformation agenda, playing a key role in delivering assurance across a broad range of change programmes and projects. The role is based in either Edinburgh or Stirling, with a hybrid working model of two days per week in the office.
The Opportunity
As Audit Manager – Change, you\’ll take ownership of high-profile audit assignments across strategic business transformation activity. Working closely with senior stakeholders, you\’ll provide assurance, identify improvements, and help drive better risk and control outcomes. This role offers exposure to complex change initiatives, senior-level influence, and the opportunity to develop your leadership profile.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and deliver audits across diverse change portfolios, programmes, and projects.
- Oversee and coach team members, ensuring work is of consistently high quality.
- Conduct risk assessments and design targeted audit testing to address key exposures.
- Produce clear, insightful reports and recommendations that drive meaningful action.
- Build trusted relationships with senior stakeholders, influencing positive outcomes.
