An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Quality, Health, Safety Environment (QHSE) professional to join a well-established manufacturing business based in Swindon. This is a standalone role offering the chance to take ownership of quality, health, safety and environmental activities across a busy operational site. Working closely with senior leadership and site management, you will play a key role in maintaining compliance, driving continuous improvement initiatives, and ensuring management systems, audits and accreditations remain effective and audit-ready. This position is predominantly office-based, with occasional flexibility to work from home.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage internal audit programmes across the business.
  • Maintain and continuously improve ISO management systems and accreditations.
  • Coordinate external audits and certification visits.
  • Ensure corrective and preventative actions are effectively implemented.
  • Maintain all QHSE documentation, procedures and records.
