I’m currently working on a Senior Manager opportunity within a top-tier professional services firm, supporting a growing Corporate Tax Advisory & Compliance practice in the South West and South Central regions. This role offers exposure to high-quality, complex advisory work alongside compliance, working closely with Partners and Directors on UK and cross-border matters for a diverse client base including UK-headquartered and inbound groups.
- The Opportunity
You’ll play a key role in delivering technically strong, commercially focused tax advice on matters such as:
- Business and fiscal change projects
- Corporate reorganisations (pre- and post-transaction)
- Entry into new jurisdictions and new business lines
- Tax authority enquiries and risk management
- Financing, refinancing and cash repatriation
- Interest deductibility and the impact of global tax developments
You’ll also:
- Lead and coordinate UK and international project teams
- Build trusted client relationships and develop your own external network
- Support business development and proposal activity
- Take ownership of engagement quality, risk, and financials
- Coach, mentor and develop junior team members
- The Ideal Profile
CTA qualified, or ACA / CA (or equivalent) with strong UK corporation tax advisory experience. You should be commercial, analytical and confident challenging input where needed. A natural relationship builder with excellent communication skills, motivated to develop people and contribute to a growing practice.
