Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Property Manager role for sombody who is based around Lichfield, Rugeley or surrounding areas. The Property Manager will oversee a portfolio of residential properties, handling day-to-day management tasks such as coordinating repairs and maintenance, managing tenancy queries, and ensuring properties are well-presented and compliant with relevant regulations. Responsibilities include conducting inspections, check outs, serving notices, deposit disputes and liaising with landlords and tenants, and maintaining accurate records and documentation. The role also involves supporting the lettings team with rent reviews, and arrears management, while delivering consistent, high-quality customer service. The Property Manager will collaborate closely with colleagues to help streamline processes and enhance the overall client experience.
