Tiptree, Essex | Monday–Thursday 2pm–10pm | Friday 1pm–8pm
Wilkin & Sons Ltd — home of the famous Tiptree brand — is proud of its heritage, quality, and commitment to excellence. We are looking for a Labelling Administrator to join our Production Team and help ensure our products reach customers around the world with the accuracy and care they deserve.
About the Role
Working within our factory environment, you will play a vital part in supporting the production process by preparing and controlling product labels in line with our high standards. You\’ll work closely with colleagues across production, quality, and planning to make sure all labelling information is correct, up-to-date, and ready when needed.
Working Hours
- Monday–Thursday: 2pm–10pm
- Friday: 1pm–8pm
Starting salary: £12.21ph + 20% shift premium = £29,714.26 per annum
What We\’re Looking For
To thrive in this role, you\’ll need:
- Exceptional accuracy and attention to detail — essential for maintaining our brand\’s reputation.
- Strong organisational skills — able to prioritise tasks in a busy production environment.
- Solid computer skills, including Microsoft Excel proficiency.
- A willingness and ability to learn new systems and software.
- Confidence working with digital processes in a fast-paced factory setting.
- Experience with ERP systems such as Infor or M3 is beneficial but not essential — full training will be provided.
