- Supporting both commercial and agricultural landlord and tenant matters.
- Working alongside colleagues on renewable energy, strategic land, development and other complex real estate projects.
- Assisting senior fee earners on higher-value and more complex transactions, developing both technical expertise and commercial awareness.
- Ensuring matters are handled efficiently, professionally and in compliance with all regulatory and professional obligations.
- Building and maintaining strong client relationships while contributing to business development and networking activities.
Skills and experience required:
- Qualified Solicitor (NQ to 5 years' PQE) with experience or a strong interest in Commercial Property.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal.
- A genuine commitment to client service and relationship management.
- The ability to work independently and as part of a wider team.
- A commercial and pragmatic approach to problem solving.
- Excellent organisational and time management skills.
