Looking to start a career in finance within a supportive and professional environment? At Wilkin Chapman Rollits, we're looking for a Credit Control & Finance Administrator to join our Finance team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone at the beginning of their career who is keen to develop their skills and gain valuable experience within a leading Top 200 UK law firm.
Working alongside our experienced Credit Control team, you'll play an important role in supporting the collection of outstanding invoices, helping colleagues achieve key financial objectives, and delivering an excellent service to both clients and internal teams. In return, you'll receive full training, support from experienced colleagues, and the opportunity to develop a rewarding career in finance.
Key responsibilities will include:
- Supporting the timely collection of outstanding invoices.
- Contacting clients by telephone, email and letter regarding payments.
- Producing client statements and financial information.
- Responding to queries from clients and colleagues.
- Supporting fee earners and departments to help achieve financial performance targets.
- Maintaining accurate records and updating internal systems.
- Providing general administrative support to the Credit Control and Finance teams.
