We are looking for a proactive and enthusiastic Assistant Project Manager to join our team. This is a brilliant and rare opportunity for someone who enjoys getting stuck into projects, working with people across the business and helping to make positive changes that improve the way we work and the experience we deliver to our clients.
Working closely with the Project Manager, you will support projects from the early business case stage through to delivery, release and monitoring. You will help gather information, analyse data, coordinate actions and communicate with colleagues at all levels, playing an important part in making sure projects run smoothly, efficiently and with real value for the firm.
Key responsibilities:
- Support with internal business improvement projects throughout the full project lifecycle, from business case and planning through to release, monitoring and review.
- Gather and analyse information, including data collection, user stories and process mapping, to help shape project plans and support effective decision making.
- Communicate clearly with stakeholders at all levels, providing updates, status reports and feedback while highlighting any issues, risks or ideas.
- Coordinate internal resources, team members and third parties to help keep projects on track and ensure actions are progressed in line with agreed timescales.
- Assist with the design, build and implementation of improved business systems and processes, preparing guides and supporting end users through change.
- Take ownership of assigned tasks and smaller projects, using strong organisational, analytical and problem-solving skills to deliver work on time, to scope and with attention to detail.
