We have an exciting opportunity for two Paralegals to join our highly regarded Recoveries Department – Creditor Services Team, supporting our lawyers with a wide range of tasks involved in progressing specialist enforcement cases. As a Paralegal in this team, you will play a key role in delivering exceptional service to our clients while gaining exposure to complex and varied casework.

Your main responsibilities will include:

  • Drafting LBAs
  • Conducting trace work
  • Producing letters and emails tailored to case requirements
  • Preparing and drafting court documents and bundles for hearings
  • Instructing LPC
  • Negotiating and monitoring instalment pay offers
  • Progressing proceedings and undertaking enforcement action
  • Updating case files and ensuring compliance with client policies and procedures
  • Opening and closing files
  • Handling accounting and reporting to clients
  • Liaising with key stakeholders over the phone
  • Managing cases and all associated procedures

Paralegal experience is desirable but not essential. We welcome applications from candidates with strong organisational skills and an interest in dispute resolution.
