If you’re looking to take the next step in your legal career within a dynamic, fast paced Personal Injury team, this role offers an excellent opportunity to build on any existing experience and develop your expertise. We are seeking a motivated Paralegal preferably with personal injury experience to take ownership of cases and contribute to the success of a supportive team. As a Paralegal within our Personal Injury department, you will work closely with experienced Solicitors and Legal Executives, handling a varied caseload and playing an active role in achieving the best possible outcomes for our clients. You will be motivated by delivering results and delivering a high standard of client care.
Key Responsibilities
- Managing your own caseload of PI matters
- Drafting and preparing legal documents, letters, and emails in line with case requirements
- Handling client accounting and reporting responsibly and accurately
- Liaising confidently and professionally with clients, insurers, medical experts, and other key stakeholders by phone and email
- Supporting the wider team on more complex matters, contributing to a collaborative and client‑focused working environment
- Acting on behalf of clients who have suffered injury through no fault of their own, ensuring a compassionate and efficient service
About You
- Previous experience working as a Paralegal in Personal Injury is preferred but not essential.
- Strong organisational skills, with the ability to prioritise and manage a busy caseload
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- A proactive approach, with a genuine interest in developing your PI expertise further
- A commitment to delivering excellent client care and maintaining high professional standards
