We are seeking an Employment Paralegal to join our Grimsby team in a role that blends legal support with hands on HR consultancy. This position involves managing your own client matters from initial instruction through to conclusion, while also providing on site HR support and guidance. You will work closely with clients to help navigate employee relations issues, chair formal meetings, and ensure their internal processes are legally compliant and effectively managed.
This is a client facing position where you’ll play a key role in progressing cases, maintaining accurate records and delivering a high standard of service. The role requires excellent organisation, strong communication skills, and the confidence to support clients directly with sensitive HR matters.
Key Responsibilities- Manage your own client files from instruction to conclusion, ensuring good file maintenance and progress management.
- Provide on-site HR support to clients, attending meetings and assisting with employee relations matters.
- Chair formal employee meetings on behalf of clients and provide decisions or recommendations on outcomes and sanctions.
- Prepare legal and HR documentation using internal systems and keep clients regularly updated on case progress.
- Handle incoming enquiries professionally, ensuring timely responses and resolving client concerns effectively.
