Looking to build an exciting career in a dynamic, fast-paced team environment? We are seeking a Cashier to join our Grimsby finance team. As a Cashier, you will work alongside the team and be responsible for providing an efficient cashiering service to partners and employees across all our offices.
In return for your speed, accuracy, and attention to detail, you will receive unrivalled support to develop your skills and experience in a Legal Top 200 law firm.
Your main duties will include:
- Making debit/credits on client/office accounts.
- Posting various financial transactions daily onto the computer system.
- Providing a cashiering service at reception, handling routine inquiries.
- Dealing with clients on the telephone regarding bill payments by card.
- Creating new client accounts on the computer system.
- Checking and processing all submitted bills on the system.
- Undertaking additional duties as requested by the Head of Finance or Cashier Team Manager.
- Filing all accounts documents.
We are interested in candidates with initiative and a strong team ethos. Some accounts or office experience is desirable but not essential. This is a full-time position, Monday to Friday.
