We are seeking a Dispute Resolution Solicitor or Legal Executive Lawyer to join our growing Recoveries team, based in Hull, Lincoln, Grimsby or York. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced litigator or newly qualified solicitor looking to take the next step in their career within a nationally renowned and supportive team. You will manage your own caseload of complex, dispute resolution cases and work collaboratively with colleagues on larger disputes. The role offers exposure to high‑quality work for national clients, the chance to build strong client relationships and the opportunity to develop within a team that is continuing to grow year on year.

Responsibilities

  • Manage a varied caseload of dispute resolution and recovery matters from instruction through to resolution.
  • Draft clear and accurate legal documentation, including pleadings, correspondence and applications.
  • Deliver practical, commercial advice to clients in a timely and professional manner.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders.
  • Progress matters efficiently while maintaining high standards of file management, compliance and time recording.
  • Identify risks and opportunities within cases and take appropriate action.
  • Support colleagues on more complex or high‑value disputes where required.
  • Contribute to team targets and wider business development activity.
