If you have strong admin or customer service experience and a keen eye for detail, you could thrive in this role. You’ll be joining a nationally recognised department, supporting a range of interesting cases and working with well-known national clients across varied industries.
What you’ll be doing:
- Writing clear and professional letters and emails to support casework
- Reviewing case files and taking the most appropriate action
- Preparing documents for court and enforcement processes
- Handling and tracking repayment offers with care and accuracy
- Managing reporting and client communication
- Speaking with clients and other stakeholders on the phone
- Assisting with disputed cases and supporting related procedures
What we’re looking for:
- Great communication skills both written and verbal
- Confidence in handling admin and working with documents
- Comfortable working independently and as part of a team
- Experience in admin, customer service, or a similar role
