Our Real Estate team of 17 is split across our Birmingham City Centre and Shirley, Solihull offices. We are now seeking a talented and motivated Real Estate Solicitor with 2-4 years PQE to join our Birmingham office. This is an excellent opportunity to become part of a dynamic and growing team working with high-profile clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage client caseload and deliver fee-earning work, meeting departmental targets.
  • Ensure compliance with legal standards and firm procedures.
  • Develop and maintain client relationships while contributing to business development.
  • Collaborate effectively within the team and contribute to marketing initiatives.
  • Stay updated with legal trends and best practices through training and research.

What we're looking for:

  • 2-4 years PQE in commercial property.
  • Strong commercial acumen and negotiation skills.
