Location: Glasgow, London, Rotterdam, Hamburg.
Type: Full-time, Hybrid.
What you will be doing:
- Drive profitable sales growth across existing accounts and new customers
- Build and manage a strong sales pipeline, from opportunity identification to deal closure
- Prioritize target customers and execute focused sales activities
- Collaborate closely with Key Account Managers to support joint sales plans
- Identify and follow up on Newbuilding and Dry Dock opportunities
- Develop trusted, long-term relationships through regular customer engagement
- Act as the technical expert for Tank & Hold Cleaning solutions within the sales organization
- Ensure accurate CRM reporting and compliance with WSS sales governance
What you bring:
- International experience in technical or solution-based sales
- Maritime background (sailing or marine engineering experience preferred)
- Proven track record of achieving sales results and closing deals
- Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills
- Confident user of CRM systems and MS Office tools
- Excellent communication skills and fluent English
