Responsibilities
Validate and refine the Ideal Customer Profile (ICP) for the UK market and identify highâleverage opportunities within the D2C landscape.
Own the full sales cycle for the UK market, leading consultative discovery and positioning Wilgot as an expert partner.
Prioritize quality over quantityâselect the right customers to deliver high customer success and strong reference cases.
Document and scale the sales playbook, turning founder intuition into a reproducible process and building trust at scale.
Understand prospectsâ broader business goals to position Wilgot as a strategic necessity.
Qualifications
Dataâdriven and metricâfocusedâproficiency with funnel health, CAC/LTV ratios, and levers for predictable revenue.
Intellectual curiosity and business acumenâfast mastery of technical landscape and ability to solve commercial problems.
4+ years of B2B SaaS sales experience with a consultative closing style.
Processâobsessedâsystem architect mindset, optimizing conversion rates and messaging resonance.
Highâtrust operator who can translate founder vision into scalable operation.
