Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Conveyancing Assistant at Wilford Smith in Sheffield. The Conveyancing Assistant will be responsible for assisting with day-to-day tasks related to residential and commercial conveyancing, including handling administrative duties, preparing legal documents, conducting research, coordinating with clients and stakeholders, and providing support to the conveyancing team.

- Monday β Friday 9am β 5pm β Meadowhall HQ
- Assistants to the Head of Residential Conveyancing and the Senior Commercial Property Solicitor
- Day to day handling of conveyancing administration, client calls and managing administration systems across both residential and commercial property departments
- As with all roles at WS, progression is considered subject to applicability and performance
Qualifications / Experience
We are looking for Experienced (preferably), bright and enthusiastic applicants for roles in our busy practice. University leavers or law degree holders would be great but not necessarily essential if experience, good attitude and ability apply.
