About the Role You will provide person-centred support to individuals with learning disabilities, autism, mental health needs, or health conditions across different care settings. Shift Patterns This role may include a mix of: Day shifts Late shifts Sleep-in shifts Waking night shifts Every other weekend workingFlexibility is essential to meet the needs of the service.
