You’ll deliver specialist care, promote independence, and support the physical, emotional, and social well-being of individuals with long-term conditions, disabilities, or high-dependency requirements. Key Responsibilities * Deliver specialist care for clients with complex health needs, including PEG feeding, epilepsy management, and spinal injuries * Assist with personal care: washing, dressing, toileting, and continence management * Administer medication in line with care plans and legal requirements * Support daily living: mobility, transfers, and safe use of equipment (hoists, mobility aids, etc.) * Encourage independence and dignity in line with personalised care plans * Support clients’ daily routines, hobbies, education, and community activities * Report concerns or safeguarding issues promptly * Participate in care plan reviews and contribute to assessments About Our Services Isabella Court – An 8-bed residential support service near Pickering, providing 24-hour support for 7 individuals with profound and multiple learning disabilities, complex health, and mobility needs. Market Court – A 1-bed homely complex support service in Pickering, providing 24-hour support for a lady with a learning disability, epilepsy, and a spinal injury.
