About The Role
The Product Manager, Data and Analytics is responsible for defining, evolving, and socializing the business value of Wiley Online Library and related services through a data‑led lens. They develop new ideas grounded in quantitative and qualitative insight, identify platform and customer problems through data analysis, and make evidence‑based recommendations on product value. They partner closely with relevant stakeholders to ensure consistent alignment with customer needs, data strategy, and operational efficiency. They represent the service both internally and externally, engaging with a wide range of colleague stakeholders and customers. The Product Manager translates data insights and business cases into requirements that benefit end‑users, partners, and customers. They define success metrics, build measurement frameworks, and establish reporting practices that inform product decisions. They ensure delivered features meet agreed scope and quality standards, solutions are scalable, and they oversee features from discovery through development and testing.
