Wiley is seeking a Journal Production Coordinator to oversee production performance across a portfolio of 70–80 journals. You will monitor copyflow, publication schedules and risks, coordinating with internal teams and external suppliers to keep articles progressing to publication.
This is a full-time fixed-term role ending 31 May 2027. Strong organisational, communication and data interpretation skills are essential, with experience in publishing workflows a distinct advantage.
