About the Role

We're seeking an experienced Product Manager to lead the roadmap, development, and compliance of our Consent Management Platform (CMP). While part of the Marketing org, the role would work closely with Legal and Technology and you'll own the complete product lifecycle and help the organization navigate the complex landscape of global privacy regulations (i.e. GDPR, CCPA, PIPL, LGPD, ePrivacy, emerging laws) owning the governance, implementation and ongoing consent optimization across all digital properties.

Job Responsibilities

  • Own the roadmap, planning, delivery and maintenance of our CMP (Osano) across a wide list of global web properties.
  • Work closely with legal and compliance teams to translate privacy regulations and corporate compliance requirements into operational, technical, and marketing solutions for cookie compliance.
  • Be responsible for consent capture in any new web property launch and ensure adherence to global privacy laws for existing ones.
  • Build and own the agile delivery for the product, working with technology teams for implementation.
  • Work with Web Analytics and Marketing to align cookie categories and script firing logic for various essential and marketing cookies.

Required Qualifications

  • 5+ years of experience in web governance, digital compliance, or marketing technology roles.
  • Proven expertise managing Consent Management Platforms (Osano preferred).
  • Solid understanding of privacy regulations (GDPR, CCPA, PIPL, LGPD, ePrivacy, emerging laws) and their implications for marketing and analytics.
  • Solid understanding of tag management systems (TMSs), such as Adobe Launch, GTM, Tealium.
  • Experience working within the AGILE framework and ability to manage work using related tools such as JIRA and Confluence.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with CMS tools and Adobe platforms like Adobe Analytics, Adobe Launch.
  • Previous product management experience either in Technology or Marketing.
