About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Change Manager responsible for designing and implementing organizational change management strategies and activities on Research’s strategic initiatives by embedding and sustaining new ways of working. Focusing on adoption and usage “the people side of change” the Change Manager will work with project teams to achieve success and maximize ROI on a variety of initiatives.

The role will act as an expert in change management practices providing coaching to senior project sponsors, project team members, and stakeholders with varying levels of seniority and experience across the organisation.

The focus of the role is on managing business change and business improvement projects and as such experience in this is necessary. We are looking for someone with experience prioritizing the people side of change to deliver long-lasting results.

How you will make an impact

  • Work with senior leaders, sponsors and project teams to influence and design change management strategies focused on adoption and usage to meet the desired outcomes
  • Creation and implementation of appropriate change management plans; impact analysis, readiness, sponsor activities, communication, training, etc with continual tracking and monitoring of plans
  • Identify and mitigate any risks and / or associated issues with the change management effort in collaboration with the project teams
  • Help to build Research’s change capability and maturity by coaching and educating others in our adopted methodology (Prosci™)

What we look for

  • At least five years hands on experience of managing the “people side of change” within a global organizations on a variety of different changes; structural, process, revenue, technology
  • Have strong influencing skills and understanding of behavioral change that are essential to identify and remove blockers and barriers to change, drive business engagement and manage readiness.
  • Proven ability to build strong, trust-based relationships with key stakeholders. Fluent communicator, influencer, and collaborator
  • Works confidently and comfortably independently, prioritizing and delivering effectively against a set of agreed timelines
  • Experience and confident in challenging the status quo and engaging with senior leaders and project sponsors.
  • Preferred but not essential Prosci™ Practitioner certified and ideally a Prosci™ Train the Trainer
  • Understanding of project management and business process analysis
