About the Role:
The Senior Manager, Product Management (P4) is responsible for defining, executing, and communicating the product roadmap in partnership with lead product managers, engineers, designers, and other product stakeholders. This role involves leveraging various research and feedback sources to understand the problems faced by users and how best to address them. Role ensures that product delivery is whole and complete, meeting the definition of "done."
Key Responsibilities:
- Defines, executes, and communicates the product roadmap in partnership with lead product managers, engineers, designers and other product stakeholders.

- Acts as Product Owner for product technology squad, managing the backlog and writing user stories and epics as requirements.
- Maintains and prioritizes product backlog, release schedule, scrum meetings, and retrospectives.
- Prioritises epics and stories, defining acceptance criteria and metrics.
- Supports product marketing and launch activities.
- Utilises data and business analysis to evaluate the outcomes of features and experiences.
- Measures success, drives product iteration, and informs business decisions.

The range below represents Wiley's good faith and reasonable estimate of the base pay for this role at the time of posting roles either in the United Kingdom, Canada or USA. It is anticipated that most qualified candidates will fall within the range, however the ultimate salary offered for this role may be higher or lower and will be set based on a variety of non-discriminatory factors, including but not limited to, geographic location, skills, and competencies.
