Bring your experiences, your perspectives, and your passion; it’s in our differences that we empower the way the world learns.**About the Role:**We are seeking an Assistant Publisher to oversee the maintenance and development of a portfolio of journals in the Social Sciences. This role involves aligning journal performance with company and departmental goals, collaborating closely with external scientific editors and editorial board members, and cultivating strong relationships across the publishing ecosystem.**How you will make an impact:*** Continuously and proactively evaluate the performance of the journal portfolio as it relates to Wiley and department objectives* Build and maintain a network of editors and board members, conduct regular engagements, set performance goals, and oversee day-to-day performance.* Collaborate with editors to achieve targets for submissions, acceptances, and published articles.* Negotiate editor contracts and support editor transitions.
