The role

This isn’t just cooking food it’s about creating moments. As a Sous Chef, you’re right at the heart of the action. You’ll bring the energy to the kitchen, help set the standard, and make sure every dish that leaves the pass is something to be proud of. Our kitchen has three sections: Pizza, Pasta and Grill, so there’s always something new to learn and get stuck into. You’ll be hands-on across the sections, supporting the Head Chef, leading the team during service and making sure everything runs smoothly. Don’t worry if you don’t know every section already we’ll teach you everything you need to know. Bring the right attitude, a passion for great food and the confidence to take responsibility, and we’ll help you develop your skills and smash it in the kitchen.
