Wildwood Ely is seeking a hands-on restaurant leader to own the operation on site, overseeing P&L, labour, and guest experience in a busy 120-cover restaurant with a cinema room and a stylish bar. You’ll set the energy, drive performance and ensure every guest experience meets Wildwood standards.
You’ll join a supportive management team and work with an Area Manager to grow the business as Wildwood expands, shaping culture and guest engagement across the site.
