The role As a Bar Team Member, you’re at the heart of the restaurant experience. You’llbe the one behind the scenes creating great drinks that bring the wholeexperience together, from perfectly poured wines and spirits to cocktails thatlook as good as they taste.
We’relooking for someone who knows their way around a bar, has a great understandingof cocktails, wine and spirits, and takes pride in getting the details right.
You’ll workclosely with the front of house and kitchen teams to keep service flowing, stayone step ahead and make sure every drink that leaves the bar is spot on.
Mostimportantly, you’ll bring your personality, energy and own sense of style tothe role creating a cool vibe behind the bar while keeping things sharp,organised and professional.
