MAINTENANCE ASSISTANT

The Maintenance Assistant is responsible for aiding in the upkeep of grounds and the completion of maintenance projects.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned.

• Assist with the luggage process each week during check-in and check-out.
• Assist in the upkeep of the grounds by mowing, etc.
• Aid in the completion of projects in facilities and on the grounds.
• Manage the process for water containers each day.
• Maintain the process of trash removal each day.
• Contribute to the overall goal of professionalism and aesthetically pleasing environments.
