Campervan Technician (Full Time, Permanent)
Wildtracks Campervans Ltd Wildtracks Campervans is a growing campervan conversion company founded in 2016. Due to increasing demand, we’re looking for a Campervan Technician to join our small, passionate team.
We’ve recently moved into a modern new workshop, complete with a CNC machine, dedicated woodworking area and a vehicle lift. We’re known for exceptional customer care, and our campervan builds have received multiple industry awards for quality and craftsmanship.
About the Role
We’re looking for a self‑motivated Campervan Conversion Technician who takes pride in producing high‑quality work.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Cutting out and fitting pop‑top roofs
- Fitting windows
- Sound deadening, insulating and carpet lining interiors
- Wiring 12V and 230V electrical systems
- Building and installing campervan furniture
- Installing campervan beds
- Stripping out and cleaning vans
- Maintaining a safe, clean and organised workspace
What We’re Looking For
- A positive attitude and a strong desire to produce quality work
- Experience building campervans or a relevant trade (preferred)
- Strong problem‑solving skills and a keen eye for detail
- Good time management
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Full, clean UK driving licence (desirable)
What We Offer
- Salary: £25,000–£28,000 per year (depending on age and experience)
- Hours: 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday
