Wildstone is the largest owner of outdoor media infrastructure in the world, with a portfolio of over 5,400 out-of-home advertising assets spanning digital screens, classic billboards, and super-premium sites across the UK, Ireland, Germany, the Netherlands, Spain and Australia.
We are seeking a driven and strategic Marketing Manager UK to lead the development and execution of marketing initiatives in the UK. The role is focused on developing and delivering impactful campaigns that raise brand awareness, drive lead generation and support Wildstone’s continued growth in the UK market.
You will work closely with the Head of Marketing and the Senior Designer & Brand Manager, and collaborate regularly with international counterparts in Germany, Spain and Australia to ensure alignment and knowledge sharing across territories.
Key Responsibilities:- Strategic Campaign Ownership: Plan, implement and evaluate multi-channel UK marketing campaigns across digital and print, aligned with business objectives and delivered on time and within budget.
- Brand & Content Leadership: Own the messaging and content strategy for UK marketing channels — including advertising, collateral, website and email — ensuring tone, voice and visuals are consistent with brand guidelines.
- Digital Marketing: Plan and manage paid digital campaigns across platforms including Google Ads, Meta and LinkedIn, continually optimising for lead generation and conversion. Work with internal stakeholders and external suppliers as needed to maximise campaign impact.
- Insight & Performance Reporting: Deliver quarterly reports on UK marketing activity, providing analysis, learnings and clear recommendations for optimisation.
- Budget Management: Manage the UK marketing budget, ensuring effective spend allocation, ongoing cost control, and return-on-investment tracking.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Act as the primary marketing contact for UK internal teams (e.g. Development, Partnerships, UK MD), ensuring marketing is aligned with local commercial goals.
- Cross-Territory Liaison: Work collaboratively with Wildstone’s Marketing Managers in other regions to share learnings, align on best practices and support coordinated brand activity where appropriate.
- Supplier & Asset Coordination: Oversee third-party suppliers for UK marketing, including PR agency, merchandise vendors, and visual content producers, ensuring timely and brand-compliant delivery.
- Proven experience (5+ years) in a marketing role with end-to-end campaign ownership.
- Track record of delivering measurable results through B2B marketing activity.
- Excellent attention to detail and commitment to high-quality output across all marketing materials.
- Strong digital marketing understanding, including content, email and social media strategy.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft compelling messaging (copywriting and editing skills).
- Analytical mindset with experience in reporting on campaign performance and marketing ROI.
- Highly organised and comfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment.
- Proactive and self-motivated, with the confidence to work independently while collaborating effectively across teams and geographies.
- Comfortable using a wide range of digital tools and platforms, with the ability to learn new systems quickly.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.

Competitive salary, based on experience. 25 days Annual Leave (Increasing with service to a maximum of 30 days). Be part of Company Bonus Scheme.
