We’re looking for a People & Talent Assistant to help create a warm and engaging experience for everyone who joins and works with Derbyshire Wildlife Trust. Our people are central to everything we do. Without their passion and commitment, we couldn’t deliver our mission to build a wilder Derbyshire where people and wildlife thrive together.
In this role, you’ll help make sure every colleague feels supported, welcomed and connected to that purpose. A big part of your role will be supporting bringing our recruitment processes to life. You’ll help craft a smooth, friendly and inclusive experience for candidates - from posting roles and managing applications to coordinating interviews and supporting onboarding. Your work will help ensure that every new starter feels excited to join us and confident in their first steps at the Trust.
You’ll also play an active part in keeping our HR systems accurate and running smoothly and supporting colleagues throughout their journey with the Trust. Whether you’re updating records, answering queries or helping deliver wellbeing and culture initiatives, you’ll be contributing to a positive, consistent experience for everyone.
