Work base: The post is based at the Trust’s offices at Grebe House, St Albans, AL3 4SN with extensive travel across Hertfordshire.

Hours: 22.5 hours per week (0.6 FTE)

Employment Term: Two-years (24 months) fixed term contract, with the possibility of extension

Salary: £15,486 p.a. (£25,810 FTE)

The Species Recovery Officer will coordinate the work of the Trust to control/eradicate invasive non-native species in Hertfordshire and Middlesex, enabling native species to thrive and thereby contributing to nature’s recovery. The Trust has an ambition for Water Voles to be thriving on all its rivers by 2030.
