You will be employed on a permanent contract, working 40 hours per week Monday to Friday. An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Forestry Supervisor to join the Forestry department on the Longleat Estate. This role involves supporting the Estate Manager and Forestry Consultant, together with the wider Forestry team, to deliver the long-term management plan for the forest.
You will be responsible for the day to day supervision of traditional woodland operations, including planting, harvesting and other traditional landed estate husbandry tasks. Contractor coordination is a key aspect of this role, supporting the safe and timely delivery of woodland works as specified.
