The Role
- Supervise the Housekeeping Team to ensure consistent delivery of high quality Guest Experience.
- Organise daily housekeeping operations effectively and efficiently.
- Demonstrate values and align with Purpose, Vision, Brand, and behaviours of One Wildland Team and One Wild Way.
Key Responsibilities
- Be a role model of WildLand Leadership and teamwork.
- Supervise your Team to consistent high performance.
- Align you and your Team with People Ethos and Health & Safety requirements.
- Supervise the delivery of a consistently high standard housekeeping service to all properties.
- Partner with Front of House and Chef Team to enhance overall guest experience.
- Identify opportunities to continuously improve guest experience.
- Fulfil Front of House function as part of flexible and adaptable team when required.
- Participate in WildLand management systems and processes which support a sustainable business.
