The Role

  • Supervise the Housekeeping Team to ensure consistent delivery of high quality Guest Experience.
  • Organise daily housekeeping operations effectively and efficiently.
  • Demonstrate values and align with Purpose, Vision, Brand, and behaviours of One Wildland Team and One Wild Way.

Key Responsibilities

  • Be a role model of WildLand Leadership and teamwork.
  • Supervise your Team to consistent high performance.
  • Align you and your Team with People Ethos and Health & Safety requirements.
  • Supervise the delivery of a consistently high standard housekeeping service to all properties.
  • Partner with Front of House and Chef Team to enhance overall guest experience.
  • Identify opportunities to continuously improve guest experience.
  • Fulfil Front of House function as part of flexible and adaptable team when required.
  • Participate in WildLand management systems and processes which support a sustainable business.
