The Role
- As Bar Manager, you will lead the hospitality operations to deliver warm, memorable and consistently excellent guest experiences at The Dores Inn.
- You’ll set the tone on the floor, coordinate the team, and ensure the highest quality of operational standards, safety and service are upheld throughout service.
- You will also provide Duty Manager cover across our other Loch Ness venues when required, ensuring a seamless experience and consistent standards across the region.
