The Role
At WildLand, everything begins with a deep connection to the natural world, shaping each element of the guest journey. Our culinary philosophy reflects this commitment. Working with outstanding ingredients sourced locally from coastline to countryside, we create refined, uncomplicated dishes that let quality and sustainability speak for themselves. This is a rare chance to start or progress your career with the strongest foundations, nurtured by world-class chefs, embracing a lifestyle immersed in nature while working in a purpose-built, state-of-the-art kitchen environment.
The experience you help create will be varied and inspiring: cooking over flame, hosting relaxed outdoor feasts, sharing generous platters at the table, and designing menus that evolve with the seasons. Innovation sits comfortably alongside tradition, as we craft distinctive dining moments for small groups of well-travelled guests. Our kitchen team is supportive, ambitious and expanding, driven by collaboration with a shared desire to continually elevate what we do.
