The Role
As People team administrator, your role is to provide high-level administrative support across the full People team in support of the WildLand regions. You will play a central role in ensuring smooth coordination of People Team operations, managing communications, coordinating schedules and priorities with professionalism, discretion, integrity and attention to detail. This is an involved and ever evolving role that requires exceptional organisational skills, a proactive mindset and the ability to manage multiple tasks and stakeholders. You will be a key point of contact both internally and externally, representing the leadership team and the wider organisation with warmth, clarity and efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive administrative support to members of the People team.
- Request and track new starter documentation and support onboarding processes; ensure employee records are up to date.
- Prepare and organise documents for meetings, including agendas, presentations and reports.
- Act as a central point of contact for internal and external communications.
- Track and follow up on action items and deliverables across departments.
- Handle confidential information with the highest level of discretion.
- Support strategic initiatives and cross‑functional projects as required; maintain systems and records to ensure smooth executive operations.
