The Role
As Executive Assistant to the Leadership Team, your role is to provide high-level administrative and strategic support across multiple senior leaders within the organisation. You will play a central role in ensuring the smooth coordination of executive operations, managing communications, schedules, and priorities with professionalism, discretion, and attention to detail.
This is a dynamic and fast-paced role that requires exceptional organisational skills, a proactive mindset, and the ability to manage multiple tasks and stakeholders. You will be a key point of contact both internally and externally, representing the leadership team and the wider organisation with warmth, clarity, and efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
- You will be a Team Player and demonstrate leadership as a role model of WildLand values.
- Provide comprehensive administrative support to members of the Leadership Team.
- Manage complex calendars, coordinate meetings, and arrange travel across multiple schedules.
- Prepare and organise documents for meetings, including agendas, presentations, and reports.
- Act as a central point of contact for internal and external communications.
- Coordinate logistics for leadership meetings, board sessions, and strategic events.
- Track and follow up on action items and deliverables across departments.
- Handle confidential information with the highest level of discretion.
- Liaise with internal teams and external stakeholders on behalf of the Leadership Team.
- Support strategic initiatives and cross-functional projects as required. Maintain systems and records to ensure smooth executive operations.
Skills And Qualifications
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong organisational and multitasking abilities.
- High proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and virtual tools (Zoom, Teams, etc.).
- Ability to work independently and exercise sound judgment.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

- Ability to manage competing priorities and support multiple leaders simultaneously.
