The Role
You will be responsible for providing driving services to the Team and Guests, coordinating the allocation of pool vehicles, and ensuring the highest standards of internal and external presentation, and roadworthiness of all vehicles within the Sutherland Hospitality Fleet. You will be guest‑facing and as such represent as a WildLand Ambassador.
Key Responsibilities
- You will provide safe, competent, and comfortable driving services to our Team and our Guests.
- You will own responsibility for the road worthiness of the Vehicle Fleet liaising with the Sutherland Mechanic to ensure all vehicles follow a maintenance schedule and any faults addressed timeously.
- You will align with our Driving and Vehicle Policies and at all times ensure compliance with Health & Safety requirements.
- You will ensure all vehicles are presented internally and externally to the highest standards of cleanliness and passenger care, with specific items included for passenger comfort – both Team and Guest.
- Conduct daily inventory checks for all required equipment in particular safety equipment.
- Deliver exceptional guide and guest experiences.
- Monitor inventory and assist with ordering and supplier coordination.
- Collaborate with the Team Host, Guest Experience Co-ordinator, and Departmental Managers ensuring Team and Guest pick-ups are on time and seamless.
- Uphold WildLand’s values of sustainability, heritage, and community in all aspects of service.
- Contribute to the integration of our nature and cultural storytelling into the guest journey.

Who You Are
This role is for a people person, someone who loves interacting with individuals from all walks of life. You will be comfortable working independently with a strong attention to detail. You need to have a full valid UK licence and be willing to undergo a driving competency test. Additional categories on your licence are beneficial.
