One Wild Team

The Role

An excellent opportunity for an enthusiastic and skilled florist to join our small gardening team in Sutherland as we continue to develop our naturalistic Scottish gardens and grounds designed by Tom Stuart-Smith. The position will offer an opportunity to grow and provide arrangements for our properties. The successful candidate will also assist the garden team in general maintenance whenever possible. It is a great opportunity to develop your floristry and growing skills under the guidance of an experienced gardening team. Sutherland has a range of hospitality properties which contain extensive naturalistic herbaceous plantings as well as vegetable and fruit areas.

Who you are

You will be a creative and passionate gardener with a strong understanding of plants and horticultural techniques. The role requires someone who is organised, methodical, adaptable, and committed to delivering work of the highest standard, with excellent communication skills. You should have experience in growing cut flowers and general gardening. Due to the location of our properties, you must hold a current valid driving license and have your own transport.
