WildLand is emerging as a new voice in hospitality. We are continuing to establish a culinary team of chefs as our multi‑faceted hospitality portfolio expands into casual outdoor dining and personal chef experiences. The role is set in stunning locations with the world‑renowned Scottish living larder at your disposal, offering an inspiring work environment that blends tradition and contemporary kitchen excellence. Who You Are

  • Currently a Chef de Partie (CDP).
  • Advantageous experience in fine dining or a high‑end venue.
  • Someone who responds positively to short‑notice dining requests and special events.
