The Role
Located in the historic wilds of Sutherland, we’re offering a unique opportunity to join our established and high‑performing activities team in offering bespoke guest experiences to discerning clientele. Activities range from guided walks to e‑bike tours and stand‑up paddle boarding in nature’s playground. This role will see you delivering stand‑out experiences and real connection to the outdoors, whether on the hill or on the water, providing our guests with memories for a lifetime.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver a consistent, strong performance in the activities and guiding team, providing warm and knowledgeable interactions with guests and the wider community.
- Oversee coordination and delivery of activities with the wider team.
- Align with and adhere to Health & Safety requirements.
- Complete and file all risk assessments and incident reports in a timely manner.
- Partner with both the Hospitality and Conservation teams to continuously enhance the guest experience, identifying opportunities for areas of development and improvement.
- Store and maintain all equipment to the highest standards.

Who You Are
You will be a natural people person—passionate about the great outdoors and providing standout experiences from freshwater paddle‑boarding to mountain guiding, fishing to conservation walks, along with creating bespoke experiences. You’ll provide organic interactions with guests, and you’ll hold appropriate qualifications to cover a range of outdoor activities, and be knowledgeable about Highland flora and fauna.
