One Wild Team
Your role as part of the Housekeeping Team is to help deliver a consistently high-quality guest experience by maintaining immaculate standards throughout our properties. You will carry out daily housekeeping duties efficiently and collaboratively, contributing positively to the team at all times.
Key Responsibilities
- Carry out daily housekeeping operations throughout our Loch Ness properties
- Maintain consistently high standards of presentation and attention to detail across all areas
- Work in partnership with the wider WildLand teams to support and enhance the overall guest experience
- Be flexible and willing to support other departments when required to help meet operational needs
Who you are
You will be a warm and professional individual with a strong focus on detail, ideally with previous experience in housekeeping. You will bring a positive attitude, a willingness to learn, and a readiness to contribute wherever needed to support a smooth and seamless experience.

Location: Aldourie Castle & Dores Inn on the beautiful shores of Loch Ness, Inverness-shire, Scotland
Hours: 40 hours per week; permanent; full time. Although public transport is available in the area, it does not align with some early and late shifts that are part of our normal rota patterns. As a result, access to reliable transport is required for commuting to and from work. Please note that staff accommodation is not available for this role.
