One Wild Team
The Role
As Bar Manager, you will lead the hospitality operations to deliver warm, memorable and consistently excellent guest experiences at The Dores Inn. You’ll set the tone on the floor, coordinate the team, and ensure the highest quality of operational standards, safety and service are upheld throughout service. You will also provide Duty Manager cover across our other Loch Ness venues when required, ensuring a seamless experience and consistent standards across the region. This role suits a hands‑on, people‑first leader who thrives in a fast‑paced, guest‑focused environment.

- Partner with Housekeeping and Chef Team to enhance the overall guest experience.
- Identify opportunities to continuously improve the Guest Experience.
