Location: Aldourie Castle and Dores Inn, Loch Ness, Inverness-shire, Scotland
Hours: 40 hours/week; full-time or part-time; permanent or seasonal; flexible working available

Role Summary

Supervise the Front of House Team to ensure delivery of the highest quality Guest Experience. Manage daily front of house operations effectively across both Loch Ness locations, embodying our values and brand ethos.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead by example as a team role model.
• Supervise team performance to ensure consistency and high standards.
• Align team with our People Ethos and Health & Safety standards.
• Oversee front of house operations and guest service quality.
• Collaborate with Housekeeping and Kitchen teams to enhance guest experience.
• Identify and implement continuous improvements.
• Assist with Housekeeping duties as needed.
• Participate in management systems supporting sustainability.
