The Role
Situated on the shores of Loch Ness, this role will see you supervising the Front of House team to ensure the consistent delivery of the highest quality of guest experience. You will lead from the front, being responsible for delivering the evening front of house service and operations effectively and efficiently. The role will be flexibly split between both Loch Ness locations: Aldourie Castle & the Dores Inn.
Key Responsibilities
- Be a role model of WildLand Team work.
- Act as a warm and gracious host, setting the example for other team members.
- Supervise your team to consistent high performance, leading from the front.
- Supervise the delivery of a consistently high performance in the Front of House & Guest Experience Function.
- Partner with Housekeeping and Chef Teams to enhance the overall guest experience.
- Identify opportunities to continuously improve the Guest Experience.
- Fulfil the Housekeeping function as part of a flexible and adaptable team where required.
